GYM3 · Be who you want
You log your workouts and see your numbers: history, records, a chart for every exercise, your estimated max, your volume. They're for you: they don't show on your public profile, and you share them only if you want. When you open a workout, every exercise you've already done starts from the weight suggested by your last sessions, with the reason: first you add reps, and once you hit them all the weight goes up one step. If an exercise has stalled for three sessions and you're already at your limit, GYM3 suggests a lighter session on that exercise, then you build back up. Your weights follow you from one program to the next: with Hex you mark on the hexagon where you want to train more, with Remix you take a friend's plan, and the weights stay yours. Muscle atlas. At the end of a workout, if you want, you turn it into a story to share. And in the community you find people who train with you. On iPhone from November 25, 2026.
